The Men's and Senior Sections

East Berkshire Golf Club is a Club steeped in tradition but with a very inclusive attitude to members.  There is a regular roll up that takes place  on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Saturday is very much a day for social golf in the morning with regular roll ups coming along and the afternoon is when our teams take to the course.  We have a long tradition of team golf, and matches are played both home and away against other local golf clubs.  Many matches either have a brunch beforehand or a meal aferwards.

The Seniors Section at East Berkshire is one of the biggest sections.  Most of the Seniors will play in the midweek roll ups and they also have a very strong team.  They play in the Reading and District Over60's League and in 2018 won the league title.  In addition they also play friendly fixtures in the Inter Club Senior Matches.

The Ladies section of East Berkshire Golf Club are pleased to welcome you to the Club and hope we can provide you with all the right information to help with your membership enquiry.  The Ladies offer a varied programme of activities at the Club for both 18 hole, 9 Hole, and social activities.

Golf - The Ladies play their golf on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Tuesday and Sunday are mainly competition days and Thursday and Saturday are mainly social golf.  A full fixture of Competitions is available throughout the year including 18 Hole and 9 Hole formats. The 9 hole formats are becoming more and more popular. We have Golf, Silver, and Bronze Teams at the Club for those looking to play match golf and a full fixture list of both home and away fixtures during the main playing season.  The Ladies Captain away day is always a special fixture and an opportunity to play other courses.

Social - The Ladies section have an active social scene with many social events throughout the year.  Over the winter months the ladies play Bridge on a Monday afternoon, we have mixed Bridge on a Wednesday evening and Crib on a Wednesday evening.
